Principal Responsibilities:
- Develops and improves food products based on company standards and market requirements.
- Conducts product trials, testing, and evaluation.
- Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards during product development.
- Performs physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and equipment calibration.
- Prepares technical documentation, formulations, and reports.
- Coordinates with Production and QA teams during scale-up and commercialization.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Food Technology.
- With basic cooking and baking skills.
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management.
- Familiar with physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and equipment calibration
