Research and Development Specialist

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Develops and improves food products based on company standards and market requirements.
  • Conducts product trials, testing, and evaluation.
  • Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards during product development.
  • Performs physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and equipment calibration.
  • Prepares technical documentation, formulations, and reports.
  • Coordinates with Production and QA teams during scale-up and commercialization.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Food Technology.
  • With basic cooking and baking skills.
  • Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management.
  • Familiar with physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and equipment calibration
